I had an very nice experience staying at this hotel. I was impressed with the cleanliness and modernity of the rooms. The facilities were great, including a comfortable king-size bed, powerful air conditioning, and reliable wifi. The location was ideal, with an easy walk to the beautiful Lapad area and a quick Uber ride to the city's main attractions. The staff was really good, with the owner being friendly, communicative, and always willing to assist. The hotel had excellent amenities, such as a well-stocked mini fridge, complimentary toiletries, plenty of towels , and a safe for valuables. I loved the convenient access to a supermarket and the complimentary coffee and tea in the common area. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to stay here again on my next visit.

This budget-friendly hotel is conveniently located near Lapad, a popular tourist area with great restaurants and the stunning Sunset Beach. It is also close to the ferry for easy access to nearby islands. The rooms are modern and clean, with amenities such as a mini fridge, coffee machine, and complimentary tea. The friendly host is always available to help and provides excellent communication.
The general building is in need of renovation, but the rooms themselves have been fully renovated.

Attentive property manager & son always available. Will return. Steal of a price. Early check-in & late check-out accommodated. Amazing experience, highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location is perfect, close to a nice tourist area with beaches and restaurants, as well as being near the ferry. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The room was amazing, with great amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The sitting area was comfortable and the room was soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel also provided free toiletries, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
